Upright meaning
The Tower falls because it was built wrong, and lightning simply finds the flaw. Sudden, unwanted, structural change — the kind that removes something you thought was permanent. Brutal, and usually followed by a clearer view.
The Tower reversed
Either the collapse is being postponed rather than avoided, or a crisis passed closer than you realised. Sometimes: refusing to leave a structure that has already fallen.

A shock that reveals what the relationship actually was. Not always the end, but never a return to how it was before.
