PsychicOz review: clear about the starter deal, less clear about regular rates
PsychicOz is easiest to judge as a small first purchase: it publishes fixed introductory packages, says there is no subscription or auto top-up, and puts the reader’s profile price in front of you. The trade-off is that it does not publish a regular rate range, so you still need to check the profile and stop the session yourself.

What a reading costs
PsychicOz does not publish a full regular price range on its pages. What it does publish is the billing model, the starter packages and the prices visible on reader cards in our sample.
| Rule | What PsychicOz says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Live readings | Phone, chat and video are charged by the minute at the reader’s profile price. client FAQ | The price is not one platform-wide rate; check the reader profile before you connect. |
| Connection time | Each phone reading includes one free connection minute. client FAQ | That is connection time, not a promise that the whole reading starts free. |
| Intro live package | New clients can buy 13 minutes for $9.99 or 18 minutes for $14.99. offer page | The starter deal fixes the first bill better than an open-ended per-minute session. |
| Intro email | A written answer to 1 question costs $4.99 as an introductory package. offer page | This is the slow, capped option if you want a record and do not need a live exchange. |
| Reader-card sample | Shown readers displayed $2.99 struck through to $0.99 per minute, “First 3 Minutes are FREE,” and email $9.99 to $4.99. psychics page | Those are promotional card prices in our sample, not a published normal range for the whole site. |
| Payment methods | Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. payment policy | Mainstream payment methods are published; still save the receipt and the reader name. |
Billing is simple in outline: live readings run by the minute, email is fixed, and the starter packages are sold at a fixed new-client price. The missing piece is a regular rate range for all readers; PsychicOz does not publish that on its pages.
The 13 minutes for $9.99 offer
The offer is a fixed starter package for new clients, not a free unlimited test. PsychicOz publishes the total minutes and the package prices on the offer page.
PsychicOz’s starter page gives new clients a choice: 13 minutes total for $9.99, 18 minutes total for $14.99, or an email reading for $4.99. The same screenshot labels the offer as new-client only, with no subscription and prices in US dollars.
The live packages are described as paid minutes plus free minutes. Reader cards in our sample also showed “First 3 Minutes are FREE,” so look at both the offer page and the reader card before starting.

What works, and what to watch
The useful parts and the catches side by side, taken from PsychicOz’s published pages and public ratings.
What works
- The new-client prices are fixed: $9.99, $14.99 or $4.99, depending on the package.
- There is no subscription and no auto top-up in the billing model PsychicOz publishes.
- Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed as payment methods.
- The satisfaction process is not limited to the first paid session; it applies to any paid session under the published rule.
- Email readings give you a written answer instead of a live per-minute conversation.
What to watch
- PsychicOz does not publish a normal sitewide rate range for non-introductory live readings.
- The satisfaction guarantee is case-by-case; money back is possible, but not automatic.
- We did not find a US App Store or Google Play app by the PsychicOz name.
- Public review volume is small: Trustpilot showed 41 reviews when we checked.
- The terms choose British Columbia and Canadian law, not a US state.
How PsychicOz says it vets readers
This is the platform’s own description. It publishes broad screening criteria, not a detailed acceptance rate.
- Stage oneAbility
PsychicOz says its selection process evaluates psychic abilities.
- Stage twoCommunication
It also says communication is part of the screening.
- Stage threeProfessionalism
Professionalism is listed as another criterion before readers appear on the platform.
PsychicOz describes its screening as a multi-step process focused on “abilities, communication, professionalism.”
Who it suits
PsychicOz is a better fit if you want a capped starter purchase and do not need an app-first experience.
A good fit if you
- want to try a live reading through a fixed $9.99 or $14.99 introductory package;
- want the choice of phone, chat, video or email;
- dislike subscriptions and auto top-ups.
Look elsewhere if you
- want a published regular rate range before browsing readers;
- want a native US app listed under the brand name;
- want disputes handled under a US state’s law.
